Dale is passionate about intellectual property and enjoys working with innovative people and organisations to achieve their intellectual property objectives. Dale has acted for leading Australian and international organisations in patent, trademark and design drafting, validity and infringement matters.
With technical expertise gained through University of Queensland’s prestigious Engineering and Science faculties, Dale has broad technical expertise covering manufacturing, materials, metallurgical and mechanical engineering, and chemistry and biochemistry. Dale has published and presented patent and design articles and seminars, including: - Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand (IPSANZ) IP Forum journal
